NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on the 8th day of December, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Charlotte County, Florida:
LOTS 6 AND 23, BLOCK 3772, PORT CHARLOTTE DIVISION, SECTION 65, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3A THROUGH 3P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
