Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING G, PHASE 1, LAKE VIEW IV CONDOMINIUM AT HERITAGE LAKE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2995, PAGE 359 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 5A BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on Nov. 26, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
