NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated Sept. 30, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 0002814CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and DERRILL E. MOORE, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DERRILL E. MOORE, JR., IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 27 day of Feb., 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2101, REPLAT OF A PORTION OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 36, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, AT PAGES 8A TO 8B, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 155 OTT CIRCLE SE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
