UNIT 103, LAKEFRONT AT DEEP CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARAION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2626, PAGE 1016, ET SEQ., AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 16A THROUGH 16D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT CARPORT SPACE 103 AS PER THE TERMS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Nancy Alvarez, Esq., Lender Legal Services, LLC, 201 East Pine Street, Suite 730, Orlando, Florida 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
