NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10 02459 CA of the 20th Judicial Circuit in Naples, Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, NAPLES, FL 34112 34112at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 19 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to-wit:
LOT 286, AUTUMN WOODS, UNIT FOUR, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 75 THROUGH 83, AS AMENDED IN OR 2866, PAGE 3140, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens. must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
