TOGETHER WITH THE SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED 8th AVENUE EAST, LYING NORTH OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 1 AND THE EAST LINE OF LOT 2, EXTENDED TO THE CENTERLINE OF 8th AVENUE EAST.
and commonly known as: 802 25TH STREET CT E, BRADENTON, FL 34208; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 20, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
