NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-000895 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, BRITTANY LEIGH ROSS-WILLIAMS A/K/A BRITTANY LEIGH WILLIAMS , ROBERT TAYLOR ROSS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA F. ROSS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRITTANY LEIGH ROSS-WILLIAMS A/K/A BRITTANY LEIGH WILLIAMS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, HERITAGE BAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST LINDA F. ROSS, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT TAYLOR ROSS N/K/A JESSICA ROSS, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Linda F. Ross, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of November, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block C, HERITAGE BAY, A CLUSTER SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 1 through 4, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
