Lot 54, Ashley Trace at University Place, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Page(s) 98 through 113, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21st day of November, 2014.
