NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 16, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 41-2014-CA-001751 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, Plaintiff and SANTOS COLON, ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.manatee.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM , NOVEMBER 18, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
