The center11ne described as follows: Commence at a Railroad spike at the Intersection of the North line of said Section 32 and the centerline of Old Tampa Road (2nd Avenue); thence S0° 34'45. E, along said centerline of Old Tampa Road; 684.18 feet; thence N 87° 44'46” W, along the South line of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 32, 25.04 feet to a Point of Beginning of said private road; thence continue N 87° 44'46” W, along said South line, 1895.92 feet to the SW corner of said N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence N 88° 03'26” W, along the South line of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 19 East, 660.84 feet to the end of said 30 foot private road.
