NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010CA001626AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Carrie J. Adamick; Unknown Spouse of Carrie J. Adamcik if any; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for GMAC Mortgage, LLC; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY OF BRADENTON, MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 1414, PAGE 4048, ID# 3429800000, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 28, VIRGINIA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM LILLIAN E BARTON, AN UNREMARRIED WIDOW AND SURVIVING SPOUSE OF WILLIAM M BARTON, DECEASED AS SET FORTH IN DEED BOOK 1414, PAGE 4048 DATED 08/30/1993, AND RECORDED 08/31/1993, MANATEE COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
