NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011795 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Shelana S. Weymouth and Dan Chism, Executor of the Estate of Betty Newkirk, Deceased and Peggy N. Chism are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 386, SHADOW BROOK MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3C, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 808, PAGES 546 THROUGH 646, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 1987, MAKE: PALM, VIN#: PH20745AFL AND VIN#: PH20745BFL, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
