NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 21, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013CA005144 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and BOBBY M. HARDY, MELODY K. HARDY, THE POINTE AT PANTHER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BOBBY M. HARDY, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of November 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

A portion of the former East and West Coast Railroad and a portion of Tract 58 in Section 34, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, POMELLO PARK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 61, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida being more particularly described as follows:
From the Southeast corner of Section 34, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, run thence N 00 degrees 49` 52” W a distance of 981.77 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89 degrees 27` 18” W, a distance of 634.53 feet; thence N 00 degrees 32` 32” E, a distance of 390.06 feet; thence S 89 degrees 22` 36” E, a distance of 635.11 feet; thence S 00 degrees 37` 41” W, a distance 389.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
