NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 412013004217, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES WMALT SERIES 2007-OA1 TRUST is the Plaintiff and FABRICIO AMARAL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMPRO, A DIVISION OF UNITED FINANCIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; CATTERINA AMARAL N/K/A CATTERINA CALDERON; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 25th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE C, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 9 THROUGH 11, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
