LOTS 57 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 26, LYING NORTHEASTERLY OF STATE ROAD 675 N/K/A COUNTY ROAD 675 AS SHOWN ON F.D.O.T. RIGHT OF WAY MAP, SECTION 13160-2506 AS PER PLAT OF POMELLO CITY, UNIT 1, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS: ANY AND ALL CONTIGUOUS, VACATED RIGHTS OF WAY NOT SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN
