Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2014 , in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 63, WELLESLEY ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 104 ½, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 616 25TH AVE WEST, BRADENTON, FL 34205-8267
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 25, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
