KOEPCKE A/K/A JERRI KOEPCKE, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET SULEK N/K/A KENNETH SULEK; RANDALL ELISABETH LAVELLE A/K/A RANDALL LAVELLE AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JERRI B. KOEPCKE A/K/A JERRI KOEPCKE, DECEASED; SHAWN L. GREENBAUM AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JERRI B. KOEPCKE A/K/A JERRI KOEPCKE, DECEASED; JANET SULEK A/K/A JANET G. KOEPCKE A/K/A JERRI KOEPCKE, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ROSEDALE MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROSEDALE 8 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
