NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-004595 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff, and, GARY DEAN MAASENGALE, JR., A/K/A GARY DEAN MASSENGALE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DESIRE CHUB; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 19, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, TANGELO PARK SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
