NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 14, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2013CA003796AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, S & S INVESTMENT CORPORATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC; THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE V CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC; THE HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 14, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 0704 IN BUILDING NO. 7 OF THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE V, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2168 AT PAGE 5649, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
