YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property described in the Public Records of Sarasota, County as:
UNIT 371D GLEN OAKS GARDEN APARTMENT, SECTION 2, a condominium to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1277, Pages 730 through 761, and amendments thereto and per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 11, Pages 49, 49A through 49E and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 1330 Glen Oaks Drive, Unit 371D, Sarasota, Florida 34232
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Plaintiff's Attorney, Michael A. France, Esquire, whose address is Michael A. France, P.A., 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 800, Sarasota, Florida 34236, within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
