NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 9, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-003486-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and JACK H. DELANEY, SR. A/K/A JACK H. DELANEY, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, JACK H. DELANEY AS TRUSTEE OF THE JACK H. DELANEY AND ESTHER L. DELANEY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 2006, THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEES, SETTLORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE JACK H. DELANEY AND ESTHER L. DELANEY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 2006, SOUTH VENICE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC. , CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, JAMIE K. BUNKLEY, CHARLOTTE DELANEY, DAVID IRVIN DELANEY, STEVEN MICHAEL DELANEY, JODI L. EGAN, KATHRYN RANIERI, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST JACK H. DELANEY, SR. A/K/A JACK H. DELANEY, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACK H. DELANEY, SR. A/K/A JACK H. DELANEY, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against against Jack H. DeLaney, Sr. a/k/a Jack H. DeLaney, deceased, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of Jack H. Delaney and Esther L. Delaney Trust Agreement dated September 7, 2006 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of November, 2014 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 13497, 13498 and 13499, South Venice Unit No. 52, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 19, less that part of Lots 13497 and 13498 deeded to the State of Florida in Official Records Book 193, Page 687, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
