NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002036 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and JULIANNE TILERT; THOMAS W. TILERT; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this November 24th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 14 SECLUDED OAKS UNIT II, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44 PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. APN: 0267-04-0018.
