NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16 October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020129 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Christopher V. Grzep, Elvedin Velagic, Jane Doe N/K/A Mirela Dizdarevic, Janice M. Grzep, Renee Grzep, Unknown Spouse of Elvedin Velagic n/k/a Naza Hasic, Village Brooke Condominium Association, Inc, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24th of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 3227-201, ALSO KNOWN AS UNIT 3227-201, BUILDING 10, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1262, PAGES 1681 THROUGH 1753, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 27, 27A THROUGH 27D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
