NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-000413 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-06 is the Plaintiff and KAREN GAGLIARDI; SALVATORE GAGLIARDI; DEER HOLLOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK; TENANT N/K/A MARIANO RODRIGUEZ; TENANT 2 N/K/A JESSICA RODRIGUEZ; TENANT 3 NKA JACOB FIECHETTE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 520, DEER HOLLOW UNIT NO. V AMENDED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 20,20A THROUGH 20C OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
