NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2014, and entered in 2013CA002112NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID E. BENOIT; LOIS BENOIT ; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 NKA WENDY KOPFLE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA, AND STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK A, SUBDIVISION OF LOT 7, BLOCK J, MANASOTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
