NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 004602 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WATERFALL VICTORIA MASTER FUND LTD is the Plaintiff and MAXINE T. BROWN TURSTEE OF THE MAXINE T. BROWN REVOCALE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY , 2005; PEPPERTREE BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MAXINE T. BROWN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 6, 2005; UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MAXINE T. BROWN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 6, 2005 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 502A, Building A, PEPPERTREE BAY UNIT 4, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1056, Page 1813, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
