NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002713-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, N.A., as Trustee For WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificate Series 2004-CB1, Plaintiff and Maria Helena Freire a/k/a Maria H. Freire are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on November 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK B, NORTH VAMO PLAT NO. 2, LESS THE NORTHERLY 10 FEET FOR RIGHT OF WAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 92 AND 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
