NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2014, and entered in 2012 CA 002028 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS C. LOSSMAN, SR., DECEASED; THOMAS C. LOSSMAN, JR.; LOUISE PAUL; ALVIN W. LOSSMAN; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 26, OF UNIT NO. 7 GULF GATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 12 AND 12A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
