LUNKE A/K/A MAUREEN GRACE LUNEKE A/K/A MAUREEN LUNEKE, DECEASED, ET AL; MATTHIAS M. LUNEKE A/KA/ MATT MICHAEL LUNEKE, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MAUREEN G. UNIT 215 GULF GATE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1669, PAGE 588, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGE 17, 17A THROUGH 17F, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
