Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on October 15, 2014, in Case No.: 2011-CA-053311 in the Circuit Court for the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Anthony Moretti; Linda Moretti; Encore Bank, National Association; Thomas Suchan; Samantha Suchan; Harbour Castle Condomuinium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Americas Wholesale Lender; are named as defendants, on January 15, 2015, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for online auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT B-3, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/15TH SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF HARBOUR CASTLE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1415, PAGE 358 TO 419, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
