Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated October 23, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 58-2008-CA-004865NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-8 is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY L. BINKLEY, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block D, EAST VENICE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 74, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 25th day of February, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
