NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Rescheduled Foreclosure Sale dated October 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001395 NC of the Circuit Court of the TwelfthJudicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and DARREN GRENKE; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ELYSIA L GRENKE; are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00 am on the 24th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 531, EIGHTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6, 6A THROUGH 16V, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
