NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050183 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Onewest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Dorothy M. Conniff, Deceased, Chris Northup, Jim Conniff, Kathy Kvpiec, Myerlee Circle Condominium Association, Inc., Sue Landl, United States of America, acting on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 21 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
APARTMENT 9-B OF MYERLEE CITCLE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 856, PAGES 813 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO.
