Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-050913, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and PRUE TWILLEY; RIVERWOODS PLANTATION RV RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on November 21, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 5, BLOCK LETTER B, RIVERWOODS PLANTATION R V RESORT CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1650, PAGES 4181 THROUGH 4268, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 111 THROUGH 117 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
