NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non-Jury Trial on October 23, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013CA054045 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 24 day of November, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit No. Q-104, of Cypress Lake Country Club Villas II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3572, Page 2423, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto and as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
