MEDINA; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III, A CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA CONCEPSION LOPEZ ; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA SILVIO LOPEZ ; JOHN TENANT NKA AURELIO GUZMAN ; UNKNOWN TENANT #4 NKA JOSE GUZMAN ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS.

LESS & EXCEPT THAT CERTAIN PARCEL TAKEN FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF WAY, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3128, PAGE 1375, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
