NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of October, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-003588-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and JOHN VALENTINO; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; KATHLEEN GLESNER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of November, 2014, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, HOLIDAY ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2005 DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBERS:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
