YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, STONEHEDGE RESIDENTS' INCORPORATED, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 206, as shown on Condominium Plat of MILLPOND TRACE, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 1 to 4, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, an being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in Official Records Book 1530, Page 978, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof, and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 7807 Hardwick Drive #126, New Port Richey, Florida 34653
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before Dec 1, 2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
