NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004675-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 3 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JAMES A. MCKITTERICK, IV; MICHELLE M. MCKITTERICK; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , are defendants. Paula O'Neal, Clerk of Court for PASCO County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 9, SEVEN OAKS PARCELS S-16 AND S-17A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 37-51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
