NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004624-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A RODRIGUEZ-STACY; JEFFREY E STACY; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF THE GLEN AT RIVER RIDGE, INC.; THE RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 12/09/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
