NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011838-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Elaine Salemino, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING 22, PARADISE POINTE WEST, GROUP NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AND A PERCENTAGE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 9 THROUGH 11 AND AMENDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 25 THROUGH 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
