NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 08CA008033 of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 18th day of November 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, THE PLANTATION PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 92 THROUGH 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim with the clerk of court within 60 days after the sale.
