NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001639WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-2 is the Plaintiff and KEVIN MCBRIDE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 12/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

THE SOUTH 65 FEET OF THE EAST 165 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/3 OF TRACT 36, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF THE TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 68, 69 AND 70, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
