Final Judgment was awarded on September 23, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2013-CA-004088, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and, PATRICK DALY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK DALY; MILLPOND ESTATES SECTION FIVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A STEPHANIE DALY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 13, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
