NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 8-E, BRANDYWINE CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 1092, Page 1777, et seq., as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on December 2, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
