NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Order to Cancel and Reset the Forclosure Sale scheduled for September 12, 2014 dated August 27, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-018991 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTAGAE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFCATES, SERIES 2007-CH1, is Plaintiff and ANTONIO A. CASTRO A/K/A ANTONIO CASTRO; MIRIAM CASTRO, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County's On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on January 6, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Forclosure to-wit:
