NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-09513, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-2, is Plaintiff and BHEMAUL RAGOOBIR; VILMA RAGOOBIR; SOUTH BAY LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A AISHA WALLER, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 24th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 2, OF SOUTH BAY LAKEKES - UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 57 THROUGH 61 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
