NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 3rd day of December, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
THE NORTH 92.5 FEET OF THE EAST 145 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH, COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
