NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 25th day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-22323, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and KEVIN A. STELLA; HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2; are defendants.
