NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-015517 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and MARIE E. WATTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALISHA DAVIS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SCOTT MCMINN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 12/01/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
